We've kept this short because we've kept the app simple: Flagbook does not collect, transmit, store remotely, or sell any of your personal information.
Information We Collect
None. Flagbook has no user accounts, no login, no analytics tools, no advertising, and no network connection to any server operated by us or anyone else. The app functions entirely offline.
Information You Create Within the App
As you use Flagbook, you may enter information such as:
- Play designs (formations, routes, player positions)
- Roster information (player names, jersey numbers, positions)
- Folders, favorites, and other organizational data
- App preferences (such as game clock visibility)
All of this data is stored locally on your device only. It is never transmitted to Mix Puppy Inc., to Apple, or to any third party. We have no access to it, no copy of it, and no way to view it.
This data stays on your device for as long as the app remains installed. If you delete Flagbook from your device, this data is permanently deleted along with it. The app includes an Export feature that lets you save a personal backup copy of your play data to a file of your choosing — this file is created and shared entirely under your control, and Mix Puppy Inc. never receives or has access to it.
Children's Privacy
Flagbook is intended for use by coaches, not by children. While roster information you enter may include the names of minors (your players), this information is never collected by us, never leaves your device, and is never transmitted anywhere. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children, and because the app has no data collection mechanism at all, no such collection is possible.
Third-Party Services
Flagbook does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data services. No third party has access to any information within the app.
Data Security
Because your data never leaves your device, its security is governed by your device's own security features (passcode, Face ID/Touch ID, encryption at rest) rather than by any system we operate. We encourage you to keep your device's operating system up to date and to use a passcode or biometric lock.
Changes to This Policy
If Flagbook's data practices change in the future (for example, if we add optional cloud sync), this policy will be updated accordingly, and the date above will reflect that change. Any future feature that would transmit data off your device would be clearly presented to you before it's enabled.
